Fun, new friends, new experiences for campers completing 3rd or 4th grades

This camp provides a daily dose of fun for campers completing 3rd or 4th grades. Each day includes opportunities for fun and play through a whole host of sign-up activities where each camper makes individual choices about the afternoon’s activities. The morning’s activities include discussion and activities about the people in the Bible — and how they provide an example for us as we make decisions in our own lives.
We’ll talk about all of the people Jesus met in his life, and how
he choose to treat each person with respect. Some of these people were
considered unimportant or unlikable by the people in the town, but Jesus treated
them nicely anyway. We’ll talk about this example and how it challenges us to
treat each person in our lives with respect. |

After our morning theme exploration time, campers
participate in nature, arts & crafts, cooperative games, and other activities
which reinforce the Biblical discussions and provide opportunities for learning
and fun.

Each afternoon campers choose from a wonderful
selection of camp activities including stream walks, nature exploration,
boating, swimming, slip and slide (water slide), water balloon volleyball — and
so much more!
Evenings are filled with whole-camp activities
including water carnivals, game nights, running and playing, campfires,
sleepouts and more! |
