Jr Hi Confirmation Camp

There are many models for Confirmation — small group study, conversations about ethics, mentors — and more models that take form in the context of the local church. Now we’re adding yet another exciting option for learning all about the church — and more about your faith!

The Junior High Confirmation Camp is a week-long camp designed to engage confirmation age youth in the three basic areas of traditional Confirmation. A seasoned teaching staff will offer creative ways to engage in 15 hours of intensive but creative study in Bible, church history, and Christian ethics giving participants a strong foundation on which to build a lifetime of faith and sound living. Additional opportunities which will round out the experience include an all-camp Passion Play, an Exodus Experience, and many more opportunities for fellowship and play.

Of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for campers to be involved in all of the activities that are so much a part of the fabric of camp — swimming, boating, volleyball, sailing, singing around a roaring campfire — and more!

Each day will end with vibrant worship that teaches and inspires all involved. This event is open to any size church confirmation class/group as well as their pastor or other confirmation leader(s) who will function as counselors. This camp is offered as an alternative or supplement to existing Confirmation programs.
