Discovering the Leader Within

Spend an autumn weekend in the Northwoods exploring your own approach to leadership. Through self assessment, group discussion, and a variety of other activities, participants will connect spirituality with leadership, investigate servant leadership, and consider ways to lead with authenticity and intention so they are more capable of inspiriting and inspiring others. “Leadership is a relationship rooted in community. Leaders embody their group’s most precious values and beliefs. Their ability to lead emerges from the strength and sustenance of those around them. It persists and deepens as they learn to use life’s wounds to discover their own spiritual centers. As they conquer the demons within, they achieve the inner peace and bedrock confidence that enable them to inspirit and inspire others” (Bolman and Deal, Leading with Soul). This weekend promises to be insightful and inspiring — equipping you to be a more centered and effective leader wherever you share your gift of leadership.
