This event is designed for young campers and their
parent or grandparent to discover camp. The event, which lasts for three
days and two nights, provides an exciting introduction to camp for young
campers, building confidence and independence.
The schedule allows and encourages meaningful interaction between
children campers and their parent (or grandparent) in a setting away
from the distractions and demands of home. Time is planned for adult
conversation without the kids, intergenerational activities — and plenty
of time to relax and renew.

Each morning our trained counselors design activities and discussions
specifically for the children while the Program Director facilitates
program and discussion for the adults. The afternoon’s schedule is
flexible to encourage one-on-one interaction between child and adult.
The late afternoon and evening schedule gathers all of the adults and
children for intergenerational activities.
Parents (or grandparents) and children live together in private rooms in
Oak Mound Lodge, our year round retreat center, allowing comfortable and
private interaction time. The main lounge features a wonderful stone
fireplace and decks overlooking Green Lake — perfect spaces for
gathering, playing and relaxing!
Event 9292 will expand Mom & Me one generation further!
This event is for grandma, daughter, and grandchild. The camp philosophy
is the same, but the richness three generations will bring will make
this a memorable event!
