Pilgrim Center is always looking for excited, dedicated, and skilled staff to fill many summer positions at camp each summer.   Our program depends heavily on finding the right people - perhaps you are one of the people we're looking for right now!

Each summer we hire about 30 staff to fill a variety of needs and positions - cabin counselors; waterfront staff; nature and arts & crafts specialists - and more.
